Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may apply for a return within 14 days of receiving their product. To be eligible, the item must meet the following criteria:

•Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

•Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

•Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, please contact us directly at info@liquite.store.


Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before a product has been shipped or entered production. If an order is cancelled under these circumstances, a full refund will be issued. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.


Refunds Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and the status of your refund.

•Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

•Shipping Costs: Customers will be charged at most once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fee will be charged for the return of a product.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend the following steps:

1.First, check your bank account again.

2.Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.Then, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
